We’re getting outside THIS SUNDAY, August 23rd for a morning run, walk & hang at Half Day Forest Preserve!

📍 Half Day Forest Preserve — Shelter A
⏰ 9:30–10:30 AM

Run the trail. Walk the trail. Bring the family. Bring the kids. Hang at the playground. Whatever sounds fun, everyone is welcome!

Mateo will be there representing the toddler division 😂💪 so bring the little ones and come enjoy a Sunday morning with the Flexx crew!
