Official statement regarding mermaid mystery
As you might have seen online or receieved a personal message from our former business partner Mermaid Mystery we will respond once to protect our reputation and the truth.
She is posting selective and untruthfull parts of a long story in order to cover up her own attempt at keeping goods and money that was owed to us after our business breakup.
After blocking us on all apps we posted our request of the money and good to be returned publicly. After which she finally payed the amount , and send the numerous wetsuits and tails with high value back. See our last post.
Now she claim we owe her money. Its a too long story to go into each detail here why we do not owe her, but its logical to see because she could have requested to deduct it from the money paid to us. But she did not, because she is only claiming it now because we did not delete the post exposing her, and she wants to cover up the truth.
Many of the photos and dates she posted were old and disorganized. Any items given for sale or promotional was is mutual agreement and for the betterment of both brands and to earn commisions.
Since the breakup we have not sold her goods or owned any goods from her brand for promotion. We only sold our own products.
Before our partnership we already made similar bodysuits to match our tails, working with other brands and fabric designers in China. But now we only sell our own, the pictures implying they are hers are false.
She is posting misleading and even edited screenshots to give herself false credit and claim support from influencers without their permission or support.
Credibility and our good reputation are most important to us and we don't accept insults or slander. We will not delete the truth exposing her character.
