🏀 FIRST TOURNAMENT – 10th GRADE TEAM
Three close games — and none went our way.

Game 1 (47–51 OT):
Lost in overtime on a “first to 3” rule. We had five open looks, but the ball refused to drop. That same team went on to win the whole tournament.

Game 2 (41–48):
Energy dipped. We were up 10, then stopped sharing the ball and defending.

Game 3 (49–61):
Playing for 5th place, we led by 5 at halftime, but legs gave out and the second half slipped away.

Margins were small between finishing #1 or #6.
Time to keep working and turn those margins our way in the next tournament.

🏀 1st FALL TOURNAMENT
Against all odds, we’ll have THREE teams in our first season.
Our “Development” Team (9th/10th graders) is still new to this level, but they showed real growth today.

GAME 1:
Started 5–0 and I wondered if we could really compete… then reality hit. 14–52.

GAME 2
Nerves gone, everyone stepped up, played like a team, and got the win. 37–18.

GAME 3:
Bigger, stronger opponent again — but we kept the momentum and were one buzzer‑beater 3 point shot away from winning. 41–43.
