• 225lb Bench Press
• 15lb Weighted Pull-Ups
• 225lb Squats

Oli is not slowing down — he’s turning up the heat 🔥
Every session he’s pushing harder, showing up for himself, and trusting the process one rep at a time. Today’s workout was all about focused intensity and solid form:

1️⃣ Cable Chest Fly – chest wide open, control on every squeeze
2️⃣ Seated Cable Overhead Pull – back and shoulders firing 🔥
3️⃣ Raised Step-Back Lunges – legs and core putting in serious work

Progress doesn’t come overnight, but Oli is proving it comes with consistency. Proud of the work he puts in every time 💪 Let’s go, Oli!

Today’s energy was next level and this moment needed its own video 🔥🎥
We couldn’t wait to share it!

Oli was feeling strong today and it showed — he stepped up ready to tackle whatever challenge came his way. Naturally, I got a little impulsive (as usual 😅), and we dove headfirst into some fun with the Dumbbell Clean & Press!

It’s never a dull moment in the gym when I’m feeling spontaneous and Oli’s always down for a challenge 💪 The energy was electric and the vibe was unmatched.

One of those unforgettable gym moments — and we’re just getting started!

💥 Fit in His 40’s - Day 10: Anterior Chain Attack! 💥Oli is back at it with another powerhouse workout, showing age is just a number when it comes to strength and consistency
🔥Today we hit the anterior chain hard:
💪 Bench Press205 lbs for 4x3🔥 Followed by a burnout set at 135 lbs for 23 reps – pure grit!
💪 Seated Arnold Press35 lbs for 5x5 – building strong, stable shoulders!
💪 Heel-Raised Front Squats10 sets of 5 reps – dialing in quads and core with control and focus!

Every session, Oli’s proving what discipline and dedication look like. Let’s goooo! 🙌

Today was all about the posterior chain – because as we say: “Build the posterior chain, build the athlete.” 🧠➡️💥
Oli continues to stay consistent, powerful, and focused as we target the muscles that make you strong from the ground up.

🔥 Workout Breakdown:
• Romanian Deadlifts – 5x5 for hamstrings & glutes
• High Cable Rows – 5x5 for upper back engagement
• Smith Machine Thrusters – 5x5 for glutes & core under load
• Bent Over Landmine Rows – 5x5 to finish with strong mid-back activation
