MHS Spartan Strong! A special shout out to Coach Carl Poff and the Lock Haven Guys Scott Moore Ronnie Perry Anthony Noto and PSU Dudes! Great for wrestling and yet even better for the kids to be around such quality people! Thanks to all the local coaches who sent kids and Milton Hershey for trusting us to pull off a day that hopefully changes some lives!

Hundreds of students from throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states attended the wrestling camp on Saturday, which brought in two Penn State wrestling champions and prestigious coaches.

* D1 National Runner-Up, Assistant Men’s Coach and Head Female Coach at D1 Lock Haven, Ronnie Perry
* D1 3rd and 4th Place National Place Winner, former Assistant at Virginia & Current Head Wrestling Coach at Lock Haven, Coach Scott Moore

Because of what the event is: This event is cost free event for all attendees making by invite (by Coach Taylor)!

Milton Hershey School is a top-tier private school in Hershey, PA where qualifying students in pre-K through 12th grade live and learn on campus with all costs covered.

Save the Date: May 18th, Milton Hershey will be partnering with Carl Poff and TNT Wrestling Camps to bring our annual free wrestling clinic to the Spartan Center at MHS! Milton Hershey provides a t-shirt, lunch, and a World Class paid clinic! The clinic is by invite only to some
local coaches, wrestlers, and Beat the Street Organizations from different cities! Registrion will be coming out in the next week and again is by invite only that myself sends a link too! Please complete the registration and get it back ASAP when we send it out to local coaches and organizations after final approval to release the link!
we ask in return, is that you please tell any parents, school admin, kids - kids in grades pre-k through 15 years old, wrestlers or not, who have a financial need about all the opportunities Milton Hershey School has to offer them! Coaches, I will be reaching out next week!

Junior Will Olson avenges his first rd loss and wrestled all the way back for a 5th place finish and an alternate spot at 114 - his growth since starting as a freshman is huge! Also the Spartans loved getting to support our guy Brady Allessie all day - well done Brady! Lastly while we have a rivalry, seeing our guys and vise Versa - support Coach Bucher and the Hershey Torjan wrestlers - is a good thing!

Season 24 is in the books - and while I Knew it would be hard being so young and inexperienced - I had no idea it would be this hard but we made it! Thank you to Tyler Quinter David Isidro and Jay Clark of coming to support today / love u dudes!

What have I learned 2 things:
1). We are a much better team then when we started in the fall (thanks for the reminder Gina)!

2). I really do have a great group of kids; kind, they care and are very hard workers! I am proud of you!

So how do we fix it and restore the pride and tradition of MHS Wreslting

A). first by acknowledging we have to fix it - this is not the MHS Spartan Pride Standard!

B. We have to attack the weight room

C. More then anything - we must hit open gyms early and often and not be afraid of whatever is out there -
No excuses!

So I am all in - if you guys are?

While the rest of our student body goes home - these dudes stay and sacrifice time with family for Wrestling sectionals! My staff puts in a lot of time and does an awesome job of making it fun!

Crazy Long Day: 3rd Annual “Break Things Up” Corn Whole Tournament: Winners Sallem and Coach Niman Nathan-Tara Niman! High Schoolers first time at Tropical Smoothie before Voluntering with Daniel Riggs and Coach Hoover for some 5th and 6th grade Wrestling closing night (Great job Coach Riggs and Coach Hoover) and Christopher Spin for all of the help and support!
