Great night of racing at EchoPark Speedway. Set fast time in qualifying for my first pole of 2026. Leading the feature on lap 3 spun by myself coming off turn 4. Went to the back and made it back to lead. Would battle all the way to the end but fall one spot short and finish 2nd. All-Star race would follow as they take the top 5 from Bandits (my division) and the top 5 from the Outlaw Division. Lineup based on qualifying times put me outside of my Gordon Racing teammate Carson Sherman! Being stuck on the outside I would get shuffled back. Coming back through the field I spun the car out taking 3rd. Went to the rear and worked my way back to finish 3rd overall but the highest finishing Bandit. Overall a great night of racing. We look forward to being back here in March for the official season opener.

Days 4 & 5 of U.S. Legend Cars International and INEX Winter Nationals didn’t turn around for us. Day 4 I would end up 9th after I spun myself out going for 5th coming to the checkered flag. Had to come from the back after getting turned and just made a mental error costing me a good finish. Day 5 (yesterday) I would qualify 7th and develop an engine issue in the feature. Spun out over driving the car, came in the pits and got back out just in time to catch the green flag and coast home in 10th.

Up and down week for us but a huge thank you to Mike Gordon with Gordon Racing for everything. Car has speed every time we touch the track. Driver will continue to improve and get better.

Days 2 & 3 haven’t been the best. Alot of speed nothing to show for it. Day 2 got right rear hooked taking 5th going into turn 3 coming to the checkered. Ended up 9th. Day 3 would see my best qualifying effort of the week when I ended up 4th. Was trying to settle in but contact on lap 2 getting into turn one ended our effort. Went 3 laps down came in and made some adjustments with a sledge hammer got back out and ended up 10th. Hopefully the racing gods send some better luck our way.

Day 1 of Winter Nationals at Auburndale Speedway went a lot better then Saturday nights Showdown Series race. Today missed it in Qualifying but drove from 11th to 2nd in the Feature.
