Weekend Recap – TUSC 2011 Girls NPL ⚽ | U16 Girls Blue Division
The girls battled through a challenging weekend in the TUSC Spring Tournament, competing in the U16 Girls Blue Division. It was a weekend that tested them physically and mentally, and they showed exactly what this team is made of.
Friday – April 24

Drakes Creek Park – Field 4
A tight, competitive match where the girls worked hard, stayed connected, and played as a unit the entire game. It was a battle from start to finish and came down to a small moment. Even in the loss, the effort and teamwork were there.
Saturday – April 25
TUSC 2011 Girls NPL vs St. Louis Scott Gallagher Elite
Final: 0–4
Moss Wright Park – Field 12
A tough matchup against a strong opponent. The girls kept competing and supporting each other through the entire match, gaining valuable experience against high-level competition.
Sunday – April 26
TUSC 2011 Girls NPL vs NUSA 2011G Maroon
Final: 3–2 WIN
Volunteer Park at Arrowhead – Field 1
This was a huge response from the team.
After a difficult start to the weekend, the girls came out on Sunday with energy, determination, and something to prove. They battled for every ball, supported each other across the field, and showed incredible resilience.
The result was a hard-fought 3–2 comeback victory that meant more than just a scoreline. It was a big win physically and mentally for this group. The girls showed they can fight through adversity, stay together, and finish strong.
