It’s officially RACE WEEK for the Flaming Foliage Relay! 🔥🍂🏃

Hosted by .windsor, we are proud to sponsor this 165-mile overnight adventure from Idaho Springs to Buena Vista, taking runners across singletrack trails, mountain roads, and three Colorado passes: Guanella, Georgia, and Fremont.

Teams of 10, Ultra teams of 4-5, and Super Ultra teams of 1-3 will run through the day, into the night, and back into the sunrise as they make their way across the Colorado mountains.

165 miles. Three mountain passes. Very little sleep. A whole lot of running. And plenty of reasons to keep a Bear Butt Wipe close.

Good luck to everyone taking on Flaming Foliage this weekend! We’re stoked to be along for the adventure.

Some aid station supplies are nice to have. Others become VERY important around mile 60. 💩😂

We love seeing Bear Butt Wipes stocked at race aid stations and ready for whatever the miles throw at you. Grab one for the trail, grab one to freshen up, and maybe grab an extra because your future self might really appreciate it.

Race directors, you know what your aid station is missing. 😉

Bear Butt Wipes is proud to sponsor the Dark Divide 100 by , and this year brings some BIG news. The Dark Divide 100 is officially a Hardrock 100 qualifier!

Runners take on 100 miles through the remote Washington wilderness with more than 26,000 feet of climbing, a similar amount of descent, and over 75% singletrack. Technical trails, long stretches between aid stations, nighttime navigation, steep climbs, and miles of remote terrain make this one seriously tough 100 miler.

We’re stoked to support the runners willing to take on the Dark Divide and everything those 100 miles throw at them.

Big congrats to Wonderland Running on becoming a Hardrock qualifier. We’ll bring the wipes. You bring the grit. 🌲🐻💩

Bear Butt Wipes is honored to once again sponsor the Dark Sky 220 and support the incredible work of the Warrior Trail Foundation ().🌲

Set in the Pennsylvania mountains, the Dark Sky events are small, tough, and about something much bigger than the miles. Runners can take on the 220-mile Dark Sky 220 with more than 40,000 feet of climbing, the Cherry Springs 110 with nearly 20,000 feet of vert, or the Wooly 50k.

All proceeds support the Warrior Trail Foundation and its mission to provide trail running opportunities, outdoor experiences, community, and professional coaching scholarships for veterans.

Big miles. Big mountains. Bigger mission. We’ll bring the wipes. 🐻

The running community wouldn’t be what it is without the people who keep showing up for each other. From the run club leaders planning routes and welcoming new faces to the volunteers handing out water, cheering us on, and making race days happen, these are the people who make the miles so much better.

We love our run clubs, our leaders, our volunteers, and everyone who gives their time to keep this community moving. 🧡🏃‍♀️🌲

Trail runners have a funny relationship with hills. We complain about them, seek them out on purpose, and then brag about how much vert we got when the run is over. 😂

The steeper the climb, the better the view... and the more likely your stomach decides halfway up is the perfect time for an emergency pit stop.

Run the hills. Pack the Bear Butt Wipes.

We’re proud to support the RAF Trail Race Series this year, and this one is extra special because the Race Director is our very own Bear Butt Wipes athlete, Steve ().

Held at Coopers Rock State Park in West Virginia, the Robin Ames Foundation Trail Series was created in honor of Robin Ames and is a celebration of his life and the person he was. After a successful inaugural year, the event is back with distances for just about everyone, including a 50k, 50k relay, 25k, 10k, 5k, and Robin’s Scouts 1 Mile Fun Run.

The Robin Ames Foundation () was created following Robin’s death in 2020, when he was struck and killed by a distracted driver while returning home from a cycling ride less than a mile from his home. Today, the foundation honors his memory by building community and raising awareness about the dangers of distracted driving and the impact it has on drivers, cyclists, runners, pedestrians, and everyone who shares our roads.

We love supporting races that bring people together for something bigger than the miles, and we’re especially proud to support Steve and the Robin Ames Foundation as they continue turning Robin’s memory into meaningful change.

Hannah () headed to Island Park for her second Harriman Trail Run, taking on the 25k after a weekend that had already thrown a few challenges her way. She kept pushing and ended up running her third fastest half marathon along the way!

Her race recap also included one of our favorite lines ever:

“By the Grace of God, Bear Butt Wipes and Nerd Clusters, I managed to lock in my third fastest half marathon.” And perhaps the most important lesson of the weekend? As Hannah put it, she learned that “one Bear Butt Wipe isn’t gonna cut it next time.” 🫣💩

Congrats, Hannah! Way to show up, push through, and come home stronger, wiser, and braver.
