Here is the 10-Second Test to see if a food is actually a good source of protein:
1ď¸âŁ Take the Protein number.
2ď¸âŁ Add a zero to the end.
3ď¸âŁ Compare it to Total Calories.

The Rule: If the Protein number (with the zero) is HIGHER than the Calories, itâs a winner.
Example:
⢠20g Protein â becomes 200
⢠150 Calories
⢠200 > 150 = â
