Most people don’t realize how much chronic pain can slowly become normalized over time.
What starts as occasional discomfort gradually becomes something you plan your life around. You avoid certain movements, compensate without realizing it, and begin accepting limitations that shouldn’t be there in the first place.
Tifany was looking for relief after dealing with left knee numbness and tingling radiating into her foot, longstanding low back pain, and chronic tightness through her hips, glutes, and inner thighs. Her symptoms were tied to severe scoliosis and years of compensation throughout her body.
At intake, her constant pain sat around 6/10, peaking at 8/10 on bad days.
Today, her constant pain is gone.
0/10 day to day.
1/10 at its worst.
One of the biggest turning points came when she transitioned into a Project Function membership and started taking ownership of the process herself.
Learning how to use the equipment independently and apply the principles consistently gave her the ability to continue progressing on her own terms.
