All In Tennis Academy just opened their new facility here in Las Vegas, and I got to walk through it on opening day.

It started years ago with fifteen kids training a few times a week. Now it's junior programs at every level, adult clinics, private lessons, a full gym built around tennis, Pilates, and a pro shop in the back.

Everybody lines up for Mon Ami Gabi and walks right past this one. Alexxa's is a few doors down at the base of the Eiffel Tower, serving brunch until almost three with the patio looking straight at the Bellagio fountains. Steak and eggs on a flat iron cooked medium, and the cinnamon roll waffle with berries and candied pecans. Only complaint was the trash can next to our table catching the sun right into my face.
