Made from scratch.
Created for the neighborhood.

What started as a few cousins with a vision has turned into long prep nights, early morning grocery runs, fresh baked cookies, hand-made pizza dough, smash burgers, and a kitchen we’re proud of.

Our goal is simple:
Provide our local community with elevated comfort food, good energy, and a place people actually want to spend time with friends and family.

This is just the beginning.
Breakfast + lunch during the week and weekend brunch are already in the works. 👀

DAY ONE WAS A SUCCESS ❤️🍔🍕

What started as two cousins with an idea turned into a packed kitchen, great conversations, nonstop laughs, and an unreal amount of support from the Vegas community.

We just want to say THANK YOU to everybody who came out, shared our posts, told friends, gave feedback, and showed love to our limited-time scratch kitchen pop-up inside

Everything on this menu is built from scratch with intention:
🍕 3-day cold fermented pizza dough
🍔 Smash burgers
🧀 Hand-breaded mozzarella fritti
🥗 Scratch-made sauces, spreads, and more

This menu and concept are ONLY here for a limited time while we continue building and refining what we hope becomes something special for the community.

We had an absolute blast on day one and we’re just getting started. If you’ve been thinking about checking us out, this is your sign 👀
