Old Kendas off, fresh Minions on — except I mounted the rear one backwards and had to pull it back off. Check the rotation arrow twice. While the tire was off I hid an AirTag inside the wheel. Full write-up on the site — link in bio.

Trailcraft Maxwell 24: Bar Cut, Dropper Fix, and New Tires

The used Trailcraft Maxwell 24 came with a damaged carbon bar end. I cut the bar down to about 680 mm, snapped a dropper lever bolt along the way, and finished with a new lever and fresh tubeless tires....

I cut the damaged carbon bar on my daughter's Trailcraft Maxwell 24, fixed the dropper lever, and set up new tubeless tires.
