Water intake: If you weigh over 100 lbs. or more you need to drink 2 quartz of water per day. Period. Your liver loses 2 quartz of water per day. Just to give you a clue. if you not drinking that then your liver is not functioning in full capacity. Fresh water not tap!!!

Harbaugh doesn’t have to be on the sidelines. We got all the signs remember! ? 😂  this whole thing is about laughable!  the fear of Harbaugh continues, he has totally change the complexion of the big 10 football and they can’t stand it! Go Blue!!!
