SEVEN YEARS. AND WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED!📈

As we wrap up our seventh year at RCS, I can't help but reflect on how far we've come.

What started as open-invite workouts for players has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined.

Two training academies. Competitive travel teams. A comprehensive college recruiting service. Over 100 college commitments. Three MLB Draft picks. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in college scholarships.

And perhaps what I'm most proud of, players and families from all across Pennsylvania and New York who now call RCS Warpath Baseball home.

But through all that growth, our mission & focus has never changed.

Player development.

When I look at these pictures, I'm reminded of exactly why we started.

It's not about us. It's about YOU, the player.

It's about helping you get the absolute most out of your abilities, challenging you to become better every day, and surrounding you with professional coaches who genuinely care about your development.

It's about teaching you how to compete, how to handle adversity, how to be a great teammate, and how to carry yourself with character and accountability.

We want to help develop great baseball players, but more importantly, we want to help develop high-character young men who are prepared for whatever comes next in life.

That's the responsibility we take seriously every time a family trusts us with their son.

I'm incredibly grateful for the families who have believed in what we're building, the coaches who pour so much into our players, and every young athlete who has walked through our doors or worn our uniform.

Seven years later, we've grown in ways I never could have predicted. But our commitment to improving, investing in our players, and creating opportunities for them has never been stronger.

Our players don't exist to build our reputation. Our reputation exists to create opportunities for our players.

That's what RCS is about. That's what it will always be about.

Here's to Year 8. We're just getting started.

Our Experience. Their Opportunity.

Develop. Compete. Be Seen.

Let’s go! Well deserved Jordan!

🚨COMMITTED!🚨

Congratulations to Warpath’s Jordan Serra (Hazleton Area) on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Ursinus College!

Jordan is an incredibly hard-working young man who has battled through injuries and adversity to earn this opportunity. Through it all, he continued to show up, put in the work, and find ways to improve his game.

He's an excellent teammate, extremely coachable, and the type of player who is always looking for ways to get better. We're proud of the perseverance and commitment he's shown throughout his time with us.

Jordan will receive a tremendous education at Ursinus while competing for Coach Lindsay and the Bears as they pursue a Centennial Conference championship!

Congratulations to Jordan, his family, and everyone who has supported him along the way. Well earned, Jordan!

🚨BIG NEWS! RCS × KINETIC PERFORMANCE CENTER!🚨

I am excited to announce that Russ Canzler Sports has officially become an ownership partner in Kinetic Performance Center NEPA in Wyoming, PA!

Conveniently located on Wyoming Avenue, Kinetic is a brand-new, 10,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art baseball and athletic performance facility featuring indoor baseball training space, a fully equipped strength and conditioning room, and advanced technology including Full Swing and Rapsodo.

A familiar face to many in the Wyoming Valley, Ryan Duffy, certified strength coach, former college baseball player, and current coach at Dallas High School, will lead much of Kinetic's strength and athletic performance programming.

Through this partnership, RCS Warpath Baseball becomes the exclusive travel baseball organization at Kinetic Performance Center!

Kinetic will serve as our new home base in the Wyoming Valley, allowing us to expand team practices, development days, strength and conditioning, and year-round training opportunities for our athletes throughout NEPA.

Together, RCS and Kinetic Performance Center will work hand in hand to bring the same professional-level development programming that has become a cornerstone of our Hazle Township location to the Wyoming Valley. These programs have played an important role in the health, development, and success of athletes from across the region, and we are excited to expand those opportunities to even more players and families.

MORE THAN JUST TRAVEL BASEBALL.
Our commitment has always been to provide our athletes with the coaching, resources, facilities, and opportunities they need to reach their potential.
This partnership represents another investment in that mission and another step toward growing and solidifying our presence throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
We couldn't be more excited about what we're building together!

STRONGER TOGETHER. DEVELOPING BETTER ATHLETES ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
