The spawn has started, the males are milking all over, and the big females are getting harder to catch. This repeat duo let the lead fly and the drags scream!!! Congrats to my wife on her PB 11lb 30-1/4" monster walleye!! Also on her PB 32lb buffalo!!! Today was a family/friends day with almost a 4man limit of nice walleyes, big smiles and lots of laughs. Thanks Mike and Korbin it was amazing even with the 30mph winds!!!!!

Persistence was tough as we watched the big walleyes pass every trick we threw at them. After picking up 8 nice ones, we decided to switch it up and try for a big trout. Glad we did!!! It's more common to catch a 10lb walleye than a 8lb trout on the Missouri, especially one this pretty!! John and Brandon-thanks for the fun grind and congrats on your PB hog of a rainbow!!!
