In January I started physical therapy following back surgery. During those sessions I learned my therapist was a Ironman participant for over 20 years! And had the t-shirts! This is the result after I got ahold of them. One side is her finisher shirts and the other side is her volunteer crew shirts. I was happy how it turned out amd she is absolutely thrilled with it. Not sure I want to do another though. I think I will stick with regular fabrics.

last year on vacation with my BFF, she bought me this towel. I hated to mess it up using it, so I decided to embroider some chickens and make it into a wall hanging. Now I can enjoy it every day and relive the adventures we had.

Oh and I never got around to posting the project I was working on for the craft show last month. They are quilted shawls. Each has two pockets on each end for stashing snacks, tissues, remotes, etc., and an opening for reading, using the phone, Ipad, without having to unwrap to get an arm out. Thinking of donating to an assisted living center, but keeping one for myself. HAHA
