Brooke and Stacey grew up in a creative household. Their mother, a talented seamstress and quilter, taught them sewing and the art of imaginative design from a young age. Their father, accustomed to dabbling in all sorts of artistic hobbies, reinforced their sense of wonder and experimentation. So when sitting around a campfire one evening, talking about their interests in relation to their love f

or all things art, they decided to embark as sister-partners on a creative adventure.

“I’ve been thinking about making my own stoles,” said Stacey, “stoles that are more than
conceptual--stoles that help me share actual stories from Scripture.” “You come up with the concepts,” responded Brooke ecstatically, “and I’ll design them!” With that, Story Stoles™ took shape. Since then, Brooke and Stacey have been working to design and create stoles that not only correspond with the liturgical church calendar but also our favorite stories from the Bible. ✨ Story Stoles are special. ✨ Not only are they graphically memorable, each stole shares a story from Scripture that corresponds with the liturgical church calendar. Every stole is lovingly handmade using beautiful. quality materials. We make our stoles in small batches so every stole is unique and only available until they sell out for the season. The fabrics used for each design are often similar but may vary in color or print.

Every Story Stole comes complete with its own Scripture verse embroidered on the back collar of our pastor stoles and on the back tail of our deacon stoles. Use this verse to share the story of God’s love with your congregations and community!
