Being outdoors kinda limits how much equipment we have especially when we have to set-up and breakdown everyday.

We got creative and had Nick do an "Offset Single Arm Birrddog Row"? Or is it a "Quadruped Offset Single Arm Row"? Honestly we don't know what to exactly call it but were working primarily core stability and posterior chain/backwork.

Here's to getting creative when we can't workout indoors yet.

Thank you so much to our clients and community! We had a successful re-opening outside in the parking lot bringing the gym outdoors.

We appreciate the patience and understanding as we re-opened under new guidelines.

We currently are only able to service three clients per session due to equipment availability. We also have to make sure workout stations are 12 feet apart while wearing masks. I know, it seems weird we're outdoors and working out when youth sports can practice without one. Not our rules but it is the guidelines the state put out for outdoor fitness.

Hopefully we'll be able to start up indoors or at least not have to wear masks outdoors.

We have a promotion as well for 20% summer through Jul 2 and have 2 month memberships that are perfect for the summer.
