🤘🏼FROM ORDINARY TO EXTRAORDINARY!!🤘🏼
We spun the block on this worn out 2016 Club Car Precedent, stripped it down and built it back up 10x better! After the initial tear down found that the battery tub was completely cracked in half, this had to be replaced because it is the main structure for the seat bottoms and rear body. Once we got that in and installed we could move forward with installing the wiring harness for the body kit, the 48V Lithium 100Ah Battery kit, onboard charger, our shop 3D printed charger adapter plate, fuse panel, rear HD springs, new brake cables, then the DoubleTake Phoenix body, one off Lazy Life Custom Seats I had made based off the customers recommendations of style he wanted, matching extreme floor mats for front and rear and finished it off with a 12 piece rock light kit! EZGO ST Sport came in for a lithium swap and a once over! Got this customer hooked up with a 36V Lithium 105Ah battery, onboard charger, our shop 3D printed charging port pass through adapter, dc to dc converter, some rear suspension bushings and it’s back on the farm!

1998 Club Car DS 48V this cart came in literally as just a frame, we started with a 6 inch Rhox A-Arm lift kit, 23x10.0r14 A/T tires, 14 inch Bronze SS wheel, custom painted body, 500 amp Alltrax Motor controller, D&D High Torque Motor, 600 amp HD Solenoid, 3 of the 48V Battery EVO 47Ah Lithium Batteries, DC to DC converter, 12 inch light bar, rear flip seat kit, front brush guard & to finish it off a stand up 2 gun rack!

2012 Club Car Precedent-Alpha Body, removed the 6 Lead Acid batteries, installed 48V 100Ah Lithium battery, onboard charger, DC to DC converter, fuse panel, 12 Piece rock light kit, steering gearbox assembly, tie rod ends, rear suspension bushings, ECOXGEAR 26 inch sound bar & 8 inch subs!

Took care of this 2009 Yamaha G29 for and elderly lady, they just purchased it out of town and it had several issues we addressed but the biggest issue was it was not holding a charge, she opted to just go back in with Lead Acid batteries so we did so then installed an onboard charger and to make it easy and convenient to charge for her we installed a 120V pass through receptacle in the side of the cart.

Pick up and delivery for this customer with a Cart they picked up at auction that would work intermittently and then when it would work it would get super slow as you went on. I found heavy corrosion on the main contractor, removed cleaned all components, disassembled revealing a magnet that had come loose internally repaired then reinstalled but the issue with the slow ride was still present. Upon further troubleshooting we found the disc brake master cylinder reservoir was busted and there was moisture & trash contamination in the system causing the calipers to stick and not retract, flushed the brake system, found a replacement reservoir, built a mounting bracket for it, then installed new fluid and bled the system resolving the issue!

Got this early model HDK Express Cart fixed up after pulling it outta the weeds, we found that the wiring harness and all motor cables had been chewed up by mice. Started with building out a whole new rear section of the wiring harness and building all new motor cables, removed all 8 old 6 volt batteries and went back in with a single 48V 100Ah Lithium battery & onboard charger! After getting it running properly we installed 22x10.0r10 Bear Claw tires, 1/2 inch wheel spacers & retrofitted some flush mount LED headlights!

Got this EZGO RXV back and better than new wit a 105Ah lithium battery, on board charger, in-house 3D printed charging receptacle for the 120V pass through plug, all new front suspension bushings and topped it off with new tires all the way around!
