✨ POUND-VERSARY MAGIC ✨
Today was my ONE-YEAR POUND-VERSARY and my heart is so full I don’t even know where to start. One year ago I picked up those green Ripstix not knowing just how much this format, this music, and this community would change me… and today I got to celebrate it doing what I love most — coaching YOU.
Crunch Hattiesburg and the POUND fam showed up and showed OUT. Every squat, every crunch, every rockstar hit was filled with energy, sweat, laughter, and straight-up fire. 🔥
You didn’t just take class — you PERFORMED.
POUND isn’t just a workout… it’s therapy, it’s release, it’s strength, it’s confidence, it’s joy. And I am so grateful I get to lead this room, this rhythm, and this amazing crew every week.
