Presbyterian Christian School is excited to welcome three outstanding additions to the varsity football staff.
Blake Murphy joins as a defensive assistant, bringing over 16 years of high school coaching experience in Georgia. A proven leader and mentor, coach Murphy has built his career on developing discipline and faith in young men. His experience as a head coach, offensive and defensive coordinator, and strength coach will be a tremendous asset to our program. He is married to Kari, and they have one son, Landon, who will play football at Belhaven University this fall.
Jacob Bowles joins as an offensive assistant coach after beginning his coaching career working with the tight ends at Jones College. A Buckatunna native, Bowles was a two-year starting quarterback at Wayne County and earned first team all-district honors in both football and baseball. Off the field, he excelled serving as salutatorian, class president, student council president, Beta Club president, and a member of the First Priority/FCA Leadership Team.
Jakob Greer joins as an offensive assistant coach after beginning his coaching career working as an assistant coach at Greene county high school. A Bay St. Louis native, Greer was a standout athlete at St. Stanislaus, earning scholarships to play quarterback at Pearl River CC before finishing his career at University of the Cumberlands. Jakob is the grandson of legendary Poplarville football coach Pat Morris.
