Come join me this Saturday for a free workout at Mt. Olive Church!! This is a community wellness fair for all ages!! This event will offer all the education you need to start your healthy journey! This will be a fun and energetic workout. Come and let me show you how to workout only using your body! Our community is doing their part to provide “FREE” education, materials, and hands on training to help..what are you doing to receive it?! Get on up Saturday morning and support this event!! When we know better, we do better! Workout starts at 830am..there will be 2 other workouts following me. If you don’t come see me, catch one of the other workouts! No excuses!!
