While I’m waiting for this year’s deer capes to come back from the tannery, I’ve been staying busy working on this 22.5-inch Smallmouth Bass skin mount.
This fish has some incredible natural markings, and I’m taking my time to make sure every detail—from the paint work to the scale tipping and finish—brings it back to life.
Fish taxidermy is a process that requires patience, but seeing a trophy come together makes it worth it every time.
If you’ve got a memorable catch you’d like preserved, feel free to send me a message. I’d be happy to help turn your trophy into something you can enjoy for years to come!
Thanks for following along and supporting my growing taxidermy business!
