🙌🏼🎗️
We’re on the way home! This was a quick trip with good reports! Scans continue to be NED (no evidence of disease). We count our blessings everyday and are so thankful for the support and prayers from you all over the last couple of years!
He officially graduated from PT this trip-they said they no longer need to evaluate him unless we have any concerns.
They took an x-ray of his bone age this trip and we don’t have much growing time left. We’re going up on his growth hormone to try to get as much as we can out of this time. He’s still about 2 inches from his “predicted genetic height”…but let’s face it, judging by his parents he was never destined to be a basketball star!🤣
Otherwise, he’s developing well…his spine height is proportional to his overall height. They watch this because radiation to the spine can hinder spine growth. 2 people even commented on his muscles 💪🏻 (he’d kill me if he had Facebook and could see this🤣).
All other labs and hormones were in normal ranges.
We’ll be back in May for our next visits. They’re going to schedule us at the beginning of the month to ensure they don’t interfere with graduation 🧑🎓 and senior festivities!
