Harts PreK–8 is gearing up to re-launch our football program for the 2026 season!

Planning is underway, and we’ll be sharing more details over the next few months.

Sad to see the football program put on hold for a year. It’s disappointing, but this isn’t the end—just a pause. Let’s do everything we can to keep the kids involved in football.

If the kid was 11 year old as of August 1st of this year, we encourage them to go play for A Team for Chapmanville Youth Football League

Let’s keep that love for the game alive until we can get the team back together next year. 💪🏈

🏈 Football Update 🏈

We are sad to share that we do not have enough players this season to field a football team at Harts PK-8. We have submitted the necessary paperwork for our students to be able to play at one of our feeder schools this year.

If your child did not turn 12 before July 1, they are also eligible to play in the midget league.

We truly hope that next year we will have the numbers to bring our football team back to Harts PK-8. Thank you for your understanding and continued support for our student-athletes. 💙🦁❤️

‼️Due to unforeseen circumstances the Debbie Dingess Camp & Show scheduled for June 28th has been postponed‼️

A new date for July will be posted soon!

🚨CALLING ALL LOCAL MIDDLE SCHOOLS🚨
The players camp will take place on the morning of June 28th. Than this will give the kids the opportunity to stick around and watch some competitive 7 on 7 & Lineman Challenge.

Mr. Barnett and Mr. Davis from the board of education, will be coming to Harts PK-8 on April 1st at 1:45 for a very brief assembly to honor our football players with certificates for winning the conference championship.
