Coaches Monica, Erik, and Leah learned a lot from Ellie Cooper, and also learned that we already utilize many of the things she already teaches!

Eagles Fastpitch coaches had a fantastic opportunity to meet with and learn from Florida State Softball Player Performance Director and former FSU player Ellie Cooper. Coach Cooper talked to our coaches about the power of failure and teaching our players how to manage and thrive through failure in a game that is built on it.
