We were supposed to play our last match of the fall season and 2026 this evening in Gainesville. Unfortunately we had to forfeit the match due to not having enough players to field a starting eleven.

Semi-pro soccer isn’t easy. Our players balance training and matches with studies and work and families. We have players out with injuries. We mourn with one of our brothers supporting his family as they deal with loss.

In his book Man's Search for Meaning Viktor Frankl wrote powerfully about how humanity responds to adversity: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

This year has been difficult. We’ve been pushed back, we’ve been knocked down, and we have suffered. But we will not stay down.

We choose to get back up. We choose to learn. We choose to grow. We choose to come back stronger.
