Did you know October is Domestic Violence Awareness month? This past Wednesday QotM had the honor of teaching self-defense to a wonderful group of ladies with Mitch Harris of !

What a FABULOUS event learning techniques to emPOWER women to defend themselves against violence and assault!

$500 was raised to donate to the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati & the YWCA of Hamilton Domestic Violence Support Centers. Thank you to Black Women Cultivating Change for promoting and attending the self-defense workshop.

Huge congratulations to fellow Lethal Lady and honorary Queen of the Mat on her well deserved brown belt!! Way to go!! ...
