🔥 BIG NEWS FOR HARRISBURG HEAT 10U! 🔥

We are excited to announce that the Harrisburg Heat 10U has officially been promoted to a B Team!

This accomplishment is a direct result of the hard work, dedication, and growth shown by our players throughout the season. From long practices to competitive tournament weekends, these girls have continued to improve, compete, and represent our organization with pride.

This promotion reflects the commitment of our athletes, coaches, and families who have invested countless hours into helping this team develop both on and off the field.

While we’re proud of how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about what’s ahead. This is another step forward in our journey, and we look forward to continuing to challenge ourselves against stronger competition while growing as players and teammates.

The Harrisburg Heat 10U team is gearing up for an exciting Fall 2026 season, and we’re looking for dedicated athletes who are ready to work hard, compete, and continue developing their skills in a positive team environment!

Congratulations to #6 Ella Barnett on being selected to the All-Star Team! 🌟

Ella’s hard work, determination, and leadership behind the plate continue to make a huge impact for the Harrisburg Heat. Her commitment to improving every day and competing at a high level has earned her this well-deserved recognition.

🏆 COPPER BRACKET CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a weekend for the Harrisburg Heat 10U! After facing two tough opponents in pool play, these girls showed incredible resilience, determination, and heart by bouncing back to win two straight games and bring home the Copper Bracket Championship! 🔥🥎

💪 Weekend Highlights:
⚾ Finished the tournament with a 2-2 record
⚾ Won back-to-back bracket games to claim the championship
⚾ Scored 22 runs over 4 games
⚾ Drew 18 walks, showing outstanding plate discipline
⚾ Our pitchers recorded 23 strikeouts in just 11.2 innings pitched
⚾ Continued to improve throughout the day, outscoring opponents 13-9 during bracket play
⚾ Londyn Davis blasted her first home run of the season! 💣🏃‍♀️🎉
⚾ Myla Blakeney was an offensive force, hitting .857 for the weekend with 6 hits and no strikeouts.
⚾ Maryetta Hunter dominated in the circle, recording 13 strikeouts while earning two pitching victories.

🌟 Individual Recognition 🌟

A special congratulations to Ella Barnett and Maryetta Hunter, who both earned Game MVP honors during our bracket play championship run!

🥎 Ella Barnett was outstanding behind the plate, leading our defense, handling pitchers under pressure, and helping guide the team through two hard-fought victories.

🥎 Maryetta Hunter delivered a tremendous performance in the circle, attacking hitters and giving our team a chance to win every time she stepped on the field.

Most importantly, this team never quit. They supported one another, competed with confidence, and showed the grit, toughness, and teamwork that define Harrisburg Heat softball. After a challenging start to the day, these girls responded by winning two straight games and bringing home hardware.

A huge thank you to our players for their hard work, our families and our sponsors for their unwavering support, and everyone who came out to cheer on the Heat this weekend.

Champions aren’t defined by how they start, but by how they respond. This team responded like champions.
