Our coach is doing an amazing job with us! We laugh, we joke, we get serious when it’s time to work, and most importantly—we have FUN while learning the game. 💪🔥

The energy, the sisterhood, and the commitment are exactly what I wanted this team to be about. We’re learning together, growing together, and getting stronger together.

We are so excited to announce our partnership with Lady&Glow Fitness Studio💗

One of our very own Steel Roses, Diana, and her partner Samantha, are the women behind Lady & Glow — an ALL-WOMEN’S gym built around creating a safe, comfortable, and empowering space for women.

What makes this partnership so special is that we share the same mission: empowering women, promoting health & wellness, building confidence, and creating a strong sisterhood. 🌹

Lady & Glow has offered our Steel Roses an amazing low-cost opportunity to prioritize our health and fitness. Originally, the partnership was going to include open gym only, but they decided to take it even further!
