As someone who dwells in the Present Moment, I have the advantage of being free of judge mental thoughts that take me away from fully being present with the divine being in front of me. Then I become the mirror to their own internal experience as the Me(ego) disappears and what is left over is pure divine love and wisdom. I am a channel for the divine to speak through me.
Many of my sessions are recorded for this reason as when I am in flow, I rarely remember what I have said.
