Wrestlers in 2nd–12th grade will get the opportunity to meet, train with, and learn from the 16 new Cyclone women wrestlers under Head Coach Alli St. John! Open to all.

After a full slate of duals over 2 days these wrestlers battled through the last day of camp to earn individual tournament titles at the 2026 Luther TLAN GIRLS Team Camp! Great group of wrestlers!

TLAN Girls Wrestling Camp Days 2 & 3 Recap 💙

Day 2️⃣ was a nonstop grind from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM! The girls put in the work with technique sessions, competed in 6 duals, tackled team-building challenges, cooled off at Dunning Springs, and celebrated one another during our Wrestler of the Day presentation. Every moment was another opportunity to grow as wrestlers, teammates, and leaders.

Day 3️⃣ wrapped up camp with the individual tournament, awards ceremony, and one last chance to compete before packing up and heading home.

We're so proud of the effort, resilience, and heart these girls showed all week. They embraced every challenge, cheered each other on, and represented the Bulldogs with pride. The medals are great, but the confidence, friendships, and memories made are what will last.

Until next year TLAN...
the season will be here before we know it now to keep working, keep believing, and keep chasing greatness! 💪🔥

The 2026 Luther TLAN GIRLS Team Camp is underway! We have 265 wrestlers representing 32 teams from the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota ready to work to get better!

TLAN Girls Wrestling Camp – Day 1 💪🤼‍♀️
We made it to Decorah and are officially checked in at the TLAN All Girls Wrestling Camp at Luther College!
So far we've:
✅ Checked in
✅ Knocked out our first technique session
✅ Refueled with dinner

Now it's time to get after it with another technique session followed by two rounds of duals tonight!

These girls came ready to work, learn, compete, and push each other to get better. We're excited for an incredible week of wrestling, growth, and making memories. Let's go, TLAN! 💙
