Another September means another Seafood Fest!

Last year we took home Best Lobster Roll, and this year we're coming back hoping to do it again!

We'll be serving up our award-winning lobster rolls, shucking plenty of Swell Oysters, plus grilled oysters, XL shrimp cocktail, and Jonah crab claws.

Come hungry, grab some seafood, and stop by to say hi. We'll be there all weekend!

It’s officially summer ☀️🦪

That means the farm is in full swing growing oysters for your raw bar! Every day we’re out tumbling seed, sorting and grading by size, and chipping away new shell growth to help each oyster develop that perfect cup.

Summer is off to an awesome start, and we can’t wait to watch this crop grow. Stay tuned—there are some beautiful oysters on the way! 🌊

This seasonal transition ensures a steady supply of Swells all summer long, with no interruptions. It also brings a completely different flavor profile compared to our harbor-grown oysters.

The open ocean offers colder, crisper, saltier waters that create a uniquely refreshing oyster experience—clean, bright, and distinctly New England.
