WHY I DECIDED TO BECOME A TRAINER
My own fitness journey started when I was 13 years of age and over the years my love for fitness, health, and general wellbeing continued to grow.
As you get older, you start understanding that looking after yourself can make you feel great, not only physically but also mentally.
Even though fitness and living a healthy lifestyle can be a rollercoaster, some days, like everyone else, you really fancy a big piece of chocolate cake. However, you quickly remind yourself of the reasons why you became a trainer and those are the love for health and wellbeing. Over time, that love has grown with the desire to help and inspire others to achieve their goals and having the ability to make a positive change in peoples lives.
