We have two weeks left until registration closes for the season, and we have our last two skills evaluations happening this week. Skills evaluations are so important as they help us create balanced teams and a competitive league that is more fun for your child.

Wednesday, October 23 evals will take place at Bear Path Elementary School. Kindergarten evaluations take place from 5:30-6:15 and first and second grade evaluations will take place from 6:15-7pm. See the flyer for more information.

Saturday, October 26 evaluations will take place at Beckerman Athletic Center for grades 3 and up. See the attached flyer for grade/time breakdown.

Please make sure your child is registered prior to evaluations and arrive a few minutes early so we can get you checked in.

We are still looking for sponsors!

Games start Saturday, December 7. Once we draft the teams sometime in mid-late November, your coach will reach out with your practice night and game schedule.

We are excited to inform you that we are once again able to process your registration for the upcoming season! Our system was unable to process payments for the past week. We recognize this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked through the issue.

Please use the link below to register your athlete and sponsor a team.

Q&A:

We do not know what days/times practices will be, or what time games will be on Saturday. This is dependent on how many kids register, and how many teams we are able to form. When you register, you are able to include the night your child is unable to practice. When we draft teams, we will make sure to put your child on the team that practices on your available nights. There is one, one hour practice per week.

Evaluations are an important part of our process to ensure a balanced league so teams are competitive and your child has a good experience. If you missed the last one, please plan on attending on October 21 or October 23 for K-2 aged boys and girls and 10/26 for grades 3 and up. See the attached flyers for more information. There are no additional evaluation times.

Tiffany Cofrin and Christa Doran will be coaching a travel team for 5th grade girls. If your athlete is interested in playing, tryouts will be held on Saturday, October 26 at 9am, immediately following skills evaluations for that age group.

HRYBL is open to children in Hamden, and also the surrounding towns, so feel free to spread the word to your friends in other towns.

Don't fret, we didn't forget about our littlest ballers. Our K-2 skills evaluations will take place on October 21 & 23 at Bear Path.

Our clinic division is set up to allow our athletes to explore and learn the game, while placing an emphasis on instruction, player development, teamwork, and fun! Please register your kid on our website and plan to attend one of the two offered skills evals on either October 21 or October 23.
