Today we celebrate Jo Kyo Pfamatter as he tests for his Cho Dan (Black Belt). He is the first student at our Hallstead location to reach this significant milestone.

His seven-year martial arts journey has led him to this moment, and he is fully prepared to demonstrate his ability and knowledge. Please join us in recognizing his hard work and achievements.

Our Tiny Tigers classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 4:15 PM.

Mass x distance x speed = power 🔥

Breaking four one-inch boards without spacers is a significant feat on its own, but having a single person hold them adds an entirely new level of difficulty to the challenge. It truly tests both the precision of the strike and the stability of the holder.

I look forward to seeing everyone continue to push their limits in our classes.
