⚽🌼 Hagerstown Area Youth Sports League – Spring Season Information

Games begin Saturday, April 11th — just a few days away! We’re excited to kick off another great spring season.

Please make sure all players are ready and safe for game day:

✅ Shin Guards – Must be worn under socks at all times during the game
👕 Team Jersey – Will be distributed before the first game and must be worn for identification
⚽ Soccer Ball – Bring a properly inflated ball for warm-ups (check team size requirement)
💧 Water Bottle – Stay hydrated before, during, and after the game
🚫 Jewelry – No necklaces, bracelets, or jewelry of any kind
👟 Soccer Cleats – Not required but strongly recommended
🌤 Dress for the Weather – Hoodies may not be worn during the game

⏰ Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for warm-ups so games can start on time. (Check with coaches for warmup arrival times)
⚠️ Players without proper equipment will not be allowed to play for safety reasons.

🙏 Friendly Reminder: Coaches and referees are volunteers who give their time to serve our kids and community. Please be kind, patient, and respectful at all times.

Join us at the HAYSL Soccer pavilion at the Hagerstown Fairgrounds for our Spring Season Family Meeting!
This meeting is your opportunity to hear important information about the upcoming season and receive updates for players and families.

👟 Cleat Exchange – Begins at 6:00 PM
We will be collecting new and gently used cleats to support our HAYSL community.

If your child has outgrown cleats, please bring them to donate so another player can use them this season.

⚽ Field Setup – 6:30 PM
Volunteers are welcome to help with field setup as we prepare for the upcoming season.

⚽️ April 11th: First games of the season are scheduled to begin!
⚽️ June 7th & 8th: Last weekend of the regular season
⚽️ June 13th & 14th: Tournaments are tentatively scheduled (more details to come!)
