My name is Meagan Anderson and I am from Rockwall, Texas. I started playing volleyball when I was six years old and began playing club volleyball in the fifth grade. I attended Rowlett High School, where I was a three-year varsity letterman.
After high school, I began my collegiate career at the University of Arkansas at Monticello before transferring to Langston University. Since transferring, I’ve been the starting setter and was named All-Conference my junior season. In addition to playing, I’ve also had the opportunity to coach as an assistant coach with Aspire 12U and i look forward to returning as Head Coach!

Meet Coach Rash!

Hi Aspire family! I’m Jessica Rash, or Coach Rash and I am truly honored and grateful to be joining the Aspire Volleyball family.
For more than 33 years, volleyball has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. What began as a passion at 12 years old has grown into a lifelong love for the game and for helping young athletes discover their potential. During my playing career, I played setter, outside, right side, and defensive specialist—always willing to do whatever my team needed.
My coaching journey began right after high school and has taken me from Colorado to Kansas and now Oklahoma. I’ve coached recreational volleyball and basketball, as well as YMCA programs and currently serve as an assistant junior high volleyball coach alongside Coach Aushleana Boykin. Coaching has never been just about volleyball for me—it’s about helping young women grow in confidence, character, perseverance, and love for the game.
I’m married to my favorite person, Jake, and together we’ve been blessed with six amazing children. Four are grown, and we’re still enjoying the adventure of raising our two youngest boys. We’ve proudly called Guthrie home for the past five years, and we’re thankful to be part of such a wonderful community.
My prayer is that every athlete who steps into the gym feels seen, encouraged, and challenged to become the very best version of herself—both on and off the court. I’m excited to get to know each player and family, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this season. Let’s get to work! 🫶🏻🏐

Meet Coach Mary!

Hi parents and athletes, my name is Mary. I’m 30 years old, originally from Shawnee, but have put down roots in Guthrie for a few years now with my husband Hayden and our precious son Graham, who we were blessed to adopt at birth in 2022. My family is the most important part of my life, and I’m grateful to be able to include volleyball in my life as well! I played four years of college volleyball as a middle blocker at Mid-America Christian University along with earning my Bachelor’s degree in 2018, and am now entering my second year of coaching volleyball with Aspire. I’m passionate about teaching these young ladies not just volleyball skills, but life skills of competition, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. Volleyball changed my life for the better, so I love being able to give these girls that same opportunity!

📍 Location: Guthrie High School North Gym
💲 Cost: $40 per player

We had an awesome opportunity to produce a volleyball tournament for the NJHFR contestants! Had 6 courts running with 16 teams from all over the US....after 5 hours Kansas won! This was such a cool experience and we look forward to more partnership in the future with the Lazy E!
