A wonderful workshop to relieve chronic muscle tension and discomfort. Excellent for anyone whose job leaves them with discomfort - healthcare workers, desk workers, hair stylists etc. Also a wonderful opportunity for yoga teachers to test out the experience of Gentle Somatic Yoga and understand what makes it so effective. Continuing Education credits available.
