Last week, fishing on Guntersville Lake remained exceptionally strong. I had the pleasure of working with enthusiastic clients who were eager to learn and others who sought to catch fish and enjoy their experience. On average, clients caught 25-35 fish per trip. I currently have availability on the following dates in July: July 16-18 and 21-23.

Past few days have been awesome with returning clients and new. Each day they have averaged over 40 fish. The shad spawn is happening in some areas and it can by fast in furious when you find them.

The first time I took this young man on a guide trip he was just 12 years old. Seeing him all grown up 18 years later reminds me how fast the years fly by. It was great catching up with him and his dad. Catching a ton of fish was a bonus.
