For anyone that is interested (my runners). They are having a sale at Shoe Sensation in Van Wert today on Nike. So if you are still looking for running shoes today would be a good day to look at shoes. If you are going to Shoe Sensation call me for details.

The season is upon us. We will be meeting next Mon. July 22nd at the auditeria doors at the school. Practice will begin at 6PM - 7:30PM. Looking forward to seeing this years teams.

Hi everyone! I am trying to put something together at the YMCA. A spin class on Tues. and a water workout on Thurs. or Fri., the spin class will begin on July 23 and the water workout will begin on July 25 or 26. I am planning on 3-4 weeks. The cost depends on how many are interested but, the pool needs a minimum of 11 kids. Please let me know if this may be something you would be interested in. Give me call or leave a message.
