Everyone wants results…

Let’s be real…
Most people don’t have a routine — they have chaos.

This is mine 👇

Every morning I’m making sure my body is actually supported before I go pour into everyone else.

Hydration first — always.
Then I layer in what my body actually needs:

• Electrolytes (because water alone ain’t enough)
• Gut support (because your digestion runs everything)
• Vitamin D + K2 (hello hormones + immune system)
• B Complex (energy that actually works)
• Ashwagandha (because stress is real and I’m not pretending it’s not)

Simple. Consistent. Effective.

This isn’t about doing more…
It’s about doing the right things daily.

Your body can’t perform if you’re not supporting it.

This transformation took a little OVER A YEAR. And that's OK!

From October 2024 → March 2025 → March 2026

And honestly… the physical change is only part of the story.

I was dealing with a lot of hormonal challenges brought on by stress. When the body is under constant stress, the hormone cortisol can stay elevated, which can increase appetite, slow metabolism, disrupt sleep, and even encourage the body to store fat — especially around the midsection. 

So this journey wasn’t just about workouts.

It was about learning how to work with the body instead of against it.

Along the way I had to:
• work through stress
• have mindset breakthroughs
• learn how to regulate my nervous system
• support my hormones through nutrition
• Build better sleeping habits
• build consistency instead of chasing quick fixes

My weekly routine stayed simple and sustainable:

3 days strength training
2 days mobility work
1 day active recovery
1 full recovery day

No extremes.
No burnout.

But the biggest changes?

Mindset shifts.
Hormone-supportive nutrition.
Learning how to listen to my body.

When those things start aligning, the body finally starts responding.

This is the same kind of work I do with my clients.

Not crash diets.
Not “30 day fixes.”

Real lifestyle changes that create lasting results.

✔ Fried wings → Air-fried or baked plain wings
✔ Dessert tray overload → Protein bites, dark chocolate, fruit

Move a little.
Hydrate a lot.
Eat protein first.
Enjoy the game.

One meal won’t derail progress—but mindless choices can add up.
