Here we go Five Cities: The FFF Conditioning Club brings OUTDOOR CIRCUIT TRAINING to the Arroyo Grande Recreation Department. This five-week session begins Monday, June 6th- July 8th. Educate yourself how to make the outdoors your own personal gym, all with NO EQUIPMENT!

3rd Session begins this Monday 6/15 Cuesta Canyon County Park, 5:30 -6:30. Come on down, taking the first twelve people only. Others will have to wait for the next five week class..
