Prizes may be picked up at the Grove Hill Parks and Rec Department beginning Monday July 6th after 12 pm! We do also have an option for Venmo so if that works better just message the page and we can arrange that. (We just need to know before Monday if that’s the route we need to go.) Thank you again to everyone who participated!

If you haven’t heard from anyone about pledges, Will should be contacting you soon!

We look forward to planning another round when the weather is cooler. This was our first time doing this so we plan to have a smoother next round and hopefully lots more prizes!

The Hit-a-thon was definitely a hit! ⚾️🥎 Thank you so much for showing up the way y’all did! We hope everyone had fun!

I promise we are working on the pledges and categories for prizes we just need a little time because of the turn out amount! Just keep an eye on the page for when it’s ready!

I also just wanted to add a little appreciation post for these two in the picture. They have volunteered countless time to getting the league on its feet. They don’t do it for the thank you’s but they both deserve it! So thank you Will and Hunter!

Tonight is the night! It’s time for the Hit-a-thon! There’s still time to sign up! You do not have to of played ball this past season in Grove Hill to participate, this is open to EVERYONE! 🥎⚾️🥎⚾️

Info:
- Sign in when you get there! We will have a tent/table set up by the field for everyone to sign in/register if still needed
-Entry fee is $10 for 10 pitches plus pledges.
- Pledges- While pledges are our goal to help raise funds for the league it’s ok if you don’t have any. If you’d still like to participate you can for the $10 fee! We want everyone to have fun!
-Payment: entry fee can be paid at the time of the Hit-a-thon. We have a card reader/tap pay or you can pay with cash. Pledges can be paid afterwards. If we need to send an invoice to anyone who has pledged that isn’t present we can do that too! We will also set up a time frame for us to collect payment the rest of the week if needed!

We hope everyone will come out and support the league while also having fun! Stick around and see what all the town has to offer at their booths and enjoy the fireworks at 9! 🇺🇸🎇🎆

Congratulations to our Grove Hill 10U All star boys on getting Runner Up in the Cal Ripken 10u State Baseball Tournament! We are so proud of y’all! ⚾️🏆

The 10U Baseball State Tournament is tomorrow in Thomasville!

The players and coaches have worked hard all season with this goal in mind, and they've made it happen. We are extremely proud of all they have accomplished so far! Good luck guys!

Join us in a fundraiser supporting Grove Hill Youth Sports at The Town of Grove Hill’s “America’s 250th Celebration!”

There is a $10 entry fee and each participant will get pledges for their hits prior to the event. Division information is listed in the flyer. (8u is welcome to join in on the fun but will fall into the 10u group) For any other questions please message the GHYS page!

There will be vendors, food trucks, and other fun activities also going on at the park! The Town of Grove Hill Firework show will follow 🎇

If you're interested in participating in the Hit-A-Thon June 30th please follow the link below and register. Once you register we can email you copies of the pledge forms and rules. All entry fees and donations will be collected the day of the event, so it costs nothing to register. The pledge forms will need to be filled out before the day of the event.

Also, the Hit-A-Thon is open to everyone. If you coached a baseball or softball team this year the kids want to see what you've got!

Grove Hill 10U Boys are District Champs!! Undefeated through the Sub-District and District Tournaments! Great job boys! And thank you to the coaches and parents who've supported them along the way!
