Hey everyone! Update time! We want to give everyone an awesome event. You guys deserve it! unfortuantely this year we tried to put something together a little to quick and we figured out some things we need to get in order before hosting the coolest comp yet. This year we’re going to forgo the competition. We’re already planning another one for next year! Next year we’re gonna bring y’all the best event ever!!! Can’t wait!

Workout 1 RX Is 3 rounds for time of a 400m partner run, 30 box jumps, and 12 wall walks. Scaled is 3 rounds of a 400m run 30 box step ups, and 12 scaled wall walks. The box height for scaled and RX is 24/20 inches. The wall walk, box jumps, and box step ups will mimic the CrossFit open standards. There will be a 15 minute cap.
