JENNIE FINCH WORLD SERIES

The Jennie Finch World Series may not have ended with the outcome we hoped for, but this team leaves with something even more important, memories that will last a lifetime. From battling on the field to cheering each other on in the dugout, these girls represented NOLA with heart, determination, and grit every step of the way.

A special shoutout goes to two of our athletes who earned MVP honors during the tournament:

⭐ Ally #18– Making incredible plays and clutch catches at 2nd base, showing outstanding effort and determination every game.

⭐ Jillian #3 – Protecting her plate as a catcher, proving just how tough and talented she is.

This season has been filled with growth, friendships, and unforgettable moments. We couldn’t be more proud of how these young athletes competed and supported one another throughout the journey.

Congratulations, Nola! 💜🩶

What a week at the Jennie Finch World Series! 💜🥎

Our girls finished with a 7-2 record and a 3rd Place finish out of 36 teams. After pool play, we entered bracket play as the #2 seed and battled our way through some tough competition.

After falling into the losers bracket, these girls showed incredible heart and determination. Starting with a 9:30 AM game this morning, they fought through three straight games, leaving everything they had on the field.

Third place at the World Series is something to be proud of! Congratulations, girls, on an amazing run. 💜🖤🤍

SCRIMMAGE SUCCESS

What a great night on the field as Nola Fastpitch 8U and JPRD West 8U battled it out in a competitive scrimmage!

Both teams showed off some incredible defensive plays, made big-time outs when it mattered, and swung some heavy bats all evening long. The future of softball is bright with these young athletes putting in the work and competing the right way.

For Nola, this was another important step in preparing for the World Series. 💜

For JPRD West, it was a great tune-up as they get ready to compete in their District Tournament with their sights set on earning a trip to the State Championship. ❤️💙

A huge thank you to JPRD West for the competition, sportsmanship, and helping make both teams better. We wish them the best of luck in districts and can’t wait to watch them make a run!
