We will be closed Monday May 26 in honor of Memorial Day! Enjoy your time off with friends and family and remember why we celebrate!!! 🇺🇸 Memorial Day, which is observed on the last Monday of May, commemorates the men and women who died while in the military service. In observance of Memorial Day, fly the United States flag at half staff from sunrise until NOON, then raise it to full height from noon to sunset. 🇺🇸

This past weekend we had the honor to work with Sonje Majo!!! It was an amazing workshop with amazing Pilates instructors! has built an incredible community of instructors and an environment that we can all learn in! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful studio! Our very own Axelle played the part of a pregnant woman so we can learn how to work with expecting mothers safely.
