Thinking about putting a half basketball court in back of our house and holding training sessions. Right now it's just a thought, but may become reality within the next year or 2.

Hello everyone! I am going to be scheduling some training for 3rd to 5th graders and 6th to 8th graders soon hopefully. I am currently looking for a gym with consistent times, dates and less distractions. Love Greenwood Fieldhouse, but it gets loud in there and hard for the athletes to focus at times and hear directions. If you possibly know of a place let me know. Thanks!

Today I had 5 young ladies show up and put in the work. We worked on hand placement, shooting straight, getting under the ball, arch and catch and shoot. Keep working ladies! Proud of all of you!

Hello everyone! I am hosting a small group training this upcoming Sunday at the Greenwood Fieldhouse 2p to 3p. This is for 5th to 8th grade boys and girls. $25 per athlete. Space is limited so let me know if you want a spot for your baller. Thanks! We will be working on shooting!

This is something I preach to players I coach and train. You can have an affect on the game without being in the game and without the ball in your hand. So what your shots aren't falling. Sprint down the court, encourage your teammates, talk on defense, high five teammates, rebound and so forth. Basketball is full of ups and downs. Find a way to engage.

When shots aren’t falling, your value can’t disappear with the ball. Coaches don’t just evaluate who can score — they watch who competes, who communicates, and who impacts winning when it’s uncomfortable. Defense, rebounding, sprinting the floor, and making the simple play show maturity and trust. Those habits translate every night, regardless of the stat line.

Tonight I had 4 girls and 1 boy show up to get 1% better. They all did good! Worked of retreat dribble to create space, defense, how to get open, how to get past a defender, and footwork for left and right hand lay ups. Proud of each of them for putting in the work! Keep showing!

I absolutely love training and coaching! Would do it a lot more if I had the space.
