The Archdiocese of Indianapolis and parishes sponsor sports programs for Catholic youth as one part of a comprehensive ministry to youth in the Church. The sports programs are often called Catholic Youth Organization or CYO. The sports programs are jointly administrated by the parishes and the CYO Office. The CYO sports programs exist in the Archdiocese only to help young people practice and live Gospel values through athletic experiences. Our Athletic Ministry youth programs encompasses a variety of activities for all skill sets and many grade levels. Boys and girls can choose from fall, winter, and spring sports. Most teams participate in the CYO leagues of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.

It’s time to bring the SPIRIT! 💙💛

Students from Our Lady of the Greenwood, St. Rose, and Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi in grades 2–8 are invited to be part of the Southside Johnson County Catholic Knights Cheer Squad this fall!

Join us for a Cheerleading Call-Out Meeting to meet other cheerleaders, talk about practices, and get ready for a fun season cheering on our Catholic Knights football teams! 🏈📣

📍 Our Lady of the Greenwood Lobby

💙 COACHES ARE NEEDED, TOO! Parents interested in coaching, assisting, or chaperoning are encouraged to attend.

The squad plans to cheer at most home games at SSFC, along with possible playoff games at Roncalli High School.

✨ A $20 donation per family toward uniform and pom-pom replacements is appreciated.

Congratulations to our 56 Kickball team for winning the City Championship, beating Nativity 44-11 in the finals. Way to go girls!

Congratulations to our 34 Kickball team as they won the City Championship! The girls beat St. Luke 9-7 and finished the season undefeated. Way to go girls!

CYO Night for Roncalli Boys Volleyball is tonight! Current CYO boys volleyball players - wear your jerseys to the game for free admission as well as the first 70 boys to get there will get a free voucher for a hot dog, chips, and a drink at the concession stand! Girls volleyball players- you may wear your schools spirit wear for free admission to the game as well! There will be games, prizes for everyone, and a raffle for some big ticket items!

Congrats to our 56 B girls basketball team for winning the City Championship! The girls beat St. Luke 22-21 in OT in the final and finished the season undefeated. Congrats to Sophia Kraft, Terrin Collinsworth, Livy Lauck, Penny Altman, Holland Erazmus, Finley Brune, Malena Gates, and Therese Murphy and coaches Susan Collinsworth and Lauren Hess. Let’s go Wolves!
